If you found damage package please report to the carrier immediately and of notifying PCI within 24 hours to file a claim on time. Would help if you can send a picture of damage package to file the claim. you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Money back guarantees PCI is glad to refund the full amount of the goods but not the shipping charges. Open items are not returnable. In Case of
returning, the customer is responsible for shipping back to PCI. As a courtesy, we will provide a discounted shipping label at your cost.
Defects or Damages we carefully inspect all items before ship to the customer. If you find any defective or damage (except
damage in transit) items, must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will issue refund or replacement for defective or damage (except damage in transit) items if reported within 7 days of delivery. PCI will exchange the defective item(S) if reported within 30 Days.PCI will not be Liable for
defective items NOT reported within 30 days.

Restocking Fee
