This Morihan organic matcha product is made from only organic tea leaves grown in Uji region of Kyoto.

Uji has been a special place for matcha since the very first matcha was created here in Uji in the 16th century. Blessed with its good soil and topography, Uji has been famous and recognized as the No.1 tea harvest region since the 15th century. More importantly, a new method of tea cultivation was developed in Uji in the 16th century, which is crucial to production of matcha and is called “Oishita Saibai” or “shade-grown”. Since then, Uji has been playing an important role in the matcha industry.

This matcha has been certified as an organic product by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard), and many other countries, like the U.S. or the EU, consider JAS organic certification as being equal to their own.

A simple method of making delicious cold Matcha Tea:

Today, there are many serving methods from traditional Matcha to modern Matcha Latte styles.
Here we introduce a very simple method to make pure Matcha tea.

• - Pour 100ml (3.4 fl oz) of cold water into a shaker
• - Measure 2g (0.07 oz) of Matcha powder and put into the shaker
• - Add a few ice cubes if you prefer colder tea

Proper water selection is very important for making Matcha tea.
If available, please use soft water (water with less mineral content).

If you found damage package please report to the carrier immediately and of notifying PCI within 24 hours to file a claim on time. Would help if you can send a picture of damage package to file the claim. Damaged or Delay Caused by Weather Conditions, In case of damage due to weather condition, your refund or replacement will depend on the claim

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Money back guarantees PCI is glad to refund the full amount of the goods but not the shipping charges. Open items are not returnable. In Case of
returning, the customer is responsible for shipping back to PCI. As a courtesy, we will provide a discounted shipping label at your cost.
Defects or Damages we carefully inspect all items before ship to the customer. If you find any defective or damage (except
damage in transit) items, must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will issue refund or replacement for defective or damage (except damage in transit) items if reported within 7 days of delivery. PCI will exchange the defective item(S) if reported within 30 Days.PCI will not be Liable for
defective items NOT reported within 30 days.
Refunds
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund appear in your account.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
