SHIPPING POLICY 

PURE CEYLON ITEMS KNOWN AS   [PCI ] IN THIS DOUCUMENT. 
 

Shipping. 

  • Our carries are USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship your package based on your selection at checkout. We choose the best for you. 

  • P.O Boxes will NOT be delivered, please contact us before place your order, Packages Address to We may able to arrange alternative address. You may receive your package to nearest UPS office at no extra cost.   

  •  We use USPS, FedEx and UPS Web service to Calculate shipping based on the package weight and your zip code. 

  • If you need extra packaging please contact us as soon as you place your order, we don't charge extra for packaging and handling. 

  • If we received your order before 10 am PT Monday to Friday, we ship most orders same day. 

  • We are not being held responsible for late Deliveries to receive refunds and we do not guarantee the time of Delivery. 
     
    Damages and Lost in Transit  
    If you found damage package please report to carrier immediately and of notify PCI within 24 hours to file a claim on time. Would help if you can send a picture of damage package to file the claim. Inform us immediately if you don't receive your package with in expected time.  

            No claim will be file to Refused package or stolen packages after deliver to your home. 

 

Damaged or Delay Caused by Weather Conditions 

In case of damage due to weather condition your refund or replacement will be depend on the claim at carrier. We are not responsible for damage or delay caused by weather condition. You may contact us or carrier directly to arrange delivery time due to weather condition.  

 

Package Tracking 
we provide with real time tracking using carrier's website. This service would be available for those who have provided email address at checkout. Please check your shipping confirmation email to track your package.  

 

Addresses Correction 
Carries will charge $5 for address corrections. If this caused by your error we will apply that charge to your account and we are not responsible for any delays. Before you submit your order make sure you enter the correct SHIPPING address. 

 

Cancel or Changes to Orders 
All cancellation and order changes should be notified immediately via email to info@PureCeylonItems.com or call us at 1 (424) 666-7757.  Please note that orders can NOT be cancelled or Changed after Dispatch. Most orders we ship same day. 

  

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 
Returns 
you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Money back guarantee PCI is glad to refund full amount of the goods but not the shipping charges. Open items are not returnable. In Case of return customer is responsible for shipping back to PCI. As courtesy we will provide a discounted shipping label at your cost.  

 

Defects or Damages 
we carefully inspect all items before ship to customer. If you find any defective or damage (except damage in transit) items, must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will issue refund or replacement for defective or damage (except damage in transit) items if reported within 7 days of delivery. PCI will exchange the defective item(S) if reported within 30 Days. PCI will not be Liable for defective items NOT reported within 30 days.  

 

Refunds 

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund appear in your account.
